After Starting Business in Springfield, Penmac has Expanded to 39 offices in Six States

Penmac was founded in 1988 by Patti Penny in Springfield, MO. Penny's extensive experience in human resources along with her strong desire to help people and to start her own business proved to be a recipe for success. Penmac has since turned into Springfield's largest staffing service and one of the nation's largest woman-owned businesses. In the past twenty years, the staffing business has spread into 42 branches in six states.
