Instead of the standard fare of only seeing event colors based on assigned calendar, this version allows switching between several display modes: calendars, categories, priorities, and locations.

This new feature allows the user to see, with a simple glance at the calendar, things like upcoming birthdays, important tasks, or events that occur at a particular location. Typically, finding this information would require scanning through the event titles or performing a search, but in this release, colors can be assigned to calendars, categories, priorities and locations. When switching between these display modes, via a single click of the mouse or keyboard, events and tasks are colored accordingly.
