Byrne at the law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman, L.C. served as counsel to Cloud Holdings LLC, a Cameron Holdings Corporation portfolio company, in the sale of Cloud Holdings LLC's equity investment in Cloud Packaging Solutions LLC. The transaction closed on June 28, 2010. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Des Plaines, Illinois-based Cloud Packaging Solutions is a contract packager of food and beverage products and designs and manufactures high-speed packaging equipment. Immediately prior to the sale, Cloud Holdings restructured its remaining contract packaging businesses, transferring its consumer, personal care, OTC & Rx pharmaceutical and industrial contract packaging businesses to its subsidiary, Multi-Pack Solutions LLC.
