Gilda's Club in Kansas City Receives Donation from Matt Ford Sales
Matt Ford Sales, a local Kansas City Ford dealer, helped support Gilda's Club, a cancer support community.

BUCKNER, MO, August 11, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gilda's Club, also known as the Cancer Support Community, is an international non-profit that is dedicated to providing support, education and hope to people affected by cancer. Gilda's Club recently held an annual golf tournament in Kansas City that featured 120 players and helped raise $12,000. Matt Ford Sales was proud to support the Gilda's Club's efforts by donating to their great cause.

In November 2009, Gilda's Club Worldwide and The Wellness Community began working as a united force under the name Cancer Support Community. These organizations offer a network of personalized services and education for families, friends and patients of cancer. Gilda's Club hopes to use their resources to help the 60,000 diagnosed friends and neighbors in the Kansas City Metro area.
