Three associates join commercial real estate company's brokerage division
ST. LOUIS, MO, September 24, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Maune Company, a St. Louis-based commercial real estate company specializing in brokerage, management and development, announces the addition of three new associates to its brokerage group. Lisa Prinster, Vice President, Brokerage Services; Jerry Gidlow, Vice President, Brokerage Services; and Dan Cahill, Associate, Brokerage Services; and will expand key capabilities within The Maune Company's brokerage division.

• Lisa Prinster's 19-year career as a commercial real estate broker has included tenures with Trammell Crow Company, Cassidy Turley and most recently, Gateway Commercial. During her time with Gateway Commercial, Prinster leased and sold more than $51 million of real estate in the office sector, and leased and sold over 3.1 million square feet. Prinster is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Missouri Growth Association, and St. Louis Association of Realtors- Commercial Division. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Southwest Missouri State University.
• Most recently a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, Jerry Gidlow has been in the St. Louis real estate business for more than 40 years. His career began with Bakewell Corporation, where he was involved in the development side of the business, as well as commercial brokerage. Prior to CBRE, Jerry worked for many years as a commercial real estate broker with Krombach Partners. Gidlow is a member of Society of Office and Industrial Parks, Urban Land Institute, St. Louis Association of Realtors, former board member of Girls Incorporated and the Development Board of St. Louis Children's Hospital. He received his BSBA from Washington University.
• Formerly an associate for Cassidy Turley, Dan Cahill served as a transaction manager in their Corporate Services division where he completed 155 transactions representing more than $20.5 million in lease obligations over the course of two years. While representing H&R Block, Cahill reduced client lease obligations by 11.82 percent, resulting in more than $1.6 million in client savings. While representing Weight Watchers, Cahill oversaw the site selection and construction management for more than 70 retail locations. Cahill holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Denver, and has received his Masters of Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
